Managed by the Company’s Well-being Programme Steering Group, new services have been provided in Alba and Scotia House including healthy vending machines, clothed massage, mindfulness sessions, health-related advice consultations and more.

Lorna Miller, HR Business Partner and chair of the NMG Well-being Programme Steering Group, was delighted to receive the award on behalf of the Company.

She said:

“This Healthy Working Lives Bronze Award is a fantastic achievement for the Company, which evidences our commitment to supporting the health, well-being and safety of our employees.

“As well as our programme of initiatives and services, the Company has also completed an employee survey which provided valuable feedback in how we can improve our support.

“Many thanks to the workforce in Clydebank for supporting our programme of initiatives over the past few months; we have received very positive feedback on the value of the offered services.”

The Company will now work towards its Silver Award.
